CHOOSING LOCAL PICKUP

If you are local to the Pelahatchie area and would like to save on shipping costs, simply select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout! Since Overdressed does not have a brick-and-mortar storefront, I will personally contact you after your purchase to arrange a convenient time and location for you to receive your items. Thank you for supporting my small business!

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we gladly offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

  • We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
  • Approved returns will receive store credit or may be exchanged for another item.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
  2. Package your item securely with the original packing slip or order number included.
  3. Mail your return to the boutique address provided in your return instructions.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  5. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued store credit or an exchange.

Hi! I'm Bailey, founder of Overdressed, LLC! I live in the central Mississippi area. By day, I am a full-time school counselor with a passion for supporting children and education. I've always believed that when you love what you're wearing, you feel more confident and empowered to take on the day.

"Look good, feel good, do good!" - some very wise women in my life :)

With over six years of retail experience, I developed a love for fashion and helping others find pieces that make them feel their best. Starting Overdressed has allowed me to combine that passion with the excitement of building something entirely my own. I'm so excited to share my love of style and help you feel confident, comfortable, and a little overdressed.
